How do I order presale tickets for Dave Matthews?

Please do not respond unless you have actually ordered presale Dave tix in the past. Do I have to pay to join the fan club to get the tickets? I am assuming I do. After that how do I actually get the access to order and where to I order them from? Daves website? Live Nation? Please only answer if you know what you are talking about! thank you so much!
